The Human Resource Development Centre

The HRD Centre is the educational nerve centre of the DPS Society for in-service teachers' capacity building programmes.

Programmes conducted by the HRD Centre :

	Refresher Programmes for all levels of school teaching are conducted on regular basis.
	Educational Programmes with activity-based learning are specially designed for teachers.
	Induction Level orientation Programmes are conducted to bring within the family fold new members of the family.
	Attachment Programmes are for those who would like to work with the guidance of a "guru", asking and learning.
	Visiting Faculty Programmes are those where teachers visit other DPS schools to participate in their teaching-learning process.
	Academic Camps are organized for students to prepare, practice and learn from more experienced faculty from sister schools.
	Certificate programme in Early Childhood Education: A pioneering initiative of the HRDC is conducted on regular basis.
	Educational Research by DPS teachers is the new dimension to be added to its field of activities.
